NOTES
- The levels in this episode have been designed with speedrunning in mind. Luckily for us a well designed deathmatch level is often very suited to speedrunning with only a minimum of alteration. 
- Because this is a speedrunning episode you may find you have trouble reaching certain areas. If this happens then it's quite likely that there is no simple way there. You may need to use some trick such as a rocket-jump, slope-jump or bunnyhop to reach it.
- All levels support difficulty settings. Specifically skill 0 (easy) and skill 3 (nightmare).
